Biography

Dr. Guihua Yu is Temple Foundation Endowed Professor of Materials Science and Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin, affiliated with Texas Materials Institute, UT Energy Institute and UT Chemistry. Yu received Ph.D. degree from Harvard University in 2009, after graduating from University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) with the highest honor in 2003. Dr. Yu did his postdoc research at Stanford University (2009-2012).
